What if I want to use the AI tools for multiple clients at the same time?
No problem – with KI-Flow, you can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. You’ll get a dedicated sub-account for each client, all centrally controlled. This allows you to efficiently scale your AI services as an agency and provide each client with a tailored setup. Use our Growth plan for up to 5 client accounts, or the Enterprise plan for unlimited subaccounts.
How long are your subscription periods?
We have NO long-term contracts or fixed terms. You can use KI-Flow month to month and cancel at any time!
Can I connect additional tools or CRMs with AI-Flow?
Yes, while we recommend managing everything directly within KI-Flow, we understand that some of you have favorite tools you've used in the past. That's why you can connect virtually any tool to our software using platforms like Zapier or Make.
Can I give my clients access?
Of course! You can create additional logins and even choose exactly what your client can and cannot see.
Who owns the data?
Yours! Every piece of data (including your clients') is 100% your property. KI-Flow does not have permission to use this content or contact your users for any reason.

Ja, obwohl wir vorschlagen, alles in KI-Flow zu verwalten, wissen wir auch, dass einige von euch Ihre eigenen Lieblingstools haben, die ihr in der Vergangenheit verwendet habt, daher könnt ihr über Seiten wie Zapier oder Make so gut wie jedes Tool mit unserer Software connecten.
Kann ich meinem Kunden auch Zugang geben?
Natürlich! Du kannst weitere Logins erstellen und sogar genau auswählen was dein Kunde sehen kann und was nicht.
Wem gehören die Daten?
Dir! Jeder Inhalt (einschließlich deiner Kunden) ist zu 100% dein Eigentum. KI-Flow hat nicht die Erlaubnis, diese Inhalte zu verwenden oder deine Benutzer aus irgendeinem Grund zu kontaktieren.
